These are the newest generation Sync 3 replacement APIM modules, perfect to use as a replacement for any 2016+ Sync 3 vehicle. These are also great if you're looking to upgrade your current system to navigation. These APIM modules are plug and play, pre-programmed and ready to go. Once you receive it, all that you'll need to do is swap out the hardware, and you're done. Your order will be shipped from right here in the United States, in Traverse City, Michigan; the cherry capital of the world.

Discounted Gen 3 modules: We have a limited supply of brand new Gen 3 modules that have been built recently that Ford currently uses for replacements in all 2016-2018 vehicles. These modules are not updatable, similar to the 2020+ modules. Attempting to update them will result in bricking the module, making it non-functional. We're selling these at a $79 discount, while supplies last. These modules are only intended for 2016-2018 replacements or navigation upgrades.
Discounted Gen 4 modules: We have a limited supply of newer Gen 4 modules with a broken display connector (the plastic clip that secures it in place). These modules are fully functional but discounted due to the damage. The connector may be secured by alternative methods; the connectors are usually pretty snug by themselves.
⚠️ Checking out this item to fix an audio issue? Your current infotainment system may be fine and your problem may actually be your ACM module; this is the module that has your CD player built into it and it's responsible for all of the sound in your vehicle. Please contact us before purchasing.

Beware Chinese Counterfeits
Beware of APIM modules coming from overseas/China. The United States is FLOODED with fake Chinese "parts built" Sync 3 APIM modules. These can be found everywhere from eBay and Amazon to other .com companies selling Sync 3 conversions. It's hard to tell the difference between an authentic module and one of these parts built modules if you don't know what you're looking for. Even if you aren't purchasing from us, please be cautious about who you purchase your hardware from.

Sync 3 USB Hub with built-in wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and PD Fast Charging
Brand new for 2026! We now have replacement USB hubs available that are both USB-C and USB-A with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto built in. As an added bonus, this hub is also fast charging. In our testing it produced approximately 30W of PD fast charging, making it 3-4x faster than the typical Ford USB hub. No dongle sticking out of your USB hub for Apple CarPlay/Android Auto access. Just swap the USB hub and you're done, completely plug and play.
This USB hub is compatible with ALL vehicles that have the standard double USB-A port (including the 2015 F-150). Just looking for the wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto? Get rid of the cumbersome cables in your vehicle and replace them with a wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto adapter. We've personally tested these adapters and they work great. Simply plug in the adapter to your USB port and connect your phone via bluetooth to enjoy. Pairs almost instantly when you start the vehicle up and allows you to keep your phone in your pocket.

Warranty
If your display screen and/or APIM fail within 1 year, starting on the date of purchase, we will replace it. For the warranty to be valid, all screen and/or APIM tamper-evident seals must be intact and unaltered. Hardware will be inspected for accidental damage ('accidental damage' is damage that occurs as a result of a sudden, unexpected and unforeseen event that causes visible damage by yourself, guests or animals) before the warranty will be fulfilled. Extended warranty available through SimplyCare for a total of 3 years.
Processing Time
We try our very best to ship your order as fast as we can. The amount of time it takes us to prepare & ship your order varies; most orders will ship within 5 business days. Please note, if you purchased expedited shipping via UPS, this does not change the processing time of your order.
Shipping
Free domestic shipping via USPS Priority; all items will be packaged properly to protect the contents inside. Shipping to Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Iceland and Sweden is offered with USPS International and/or UPS. Extra fees apply; duties and brokerage fees are not included. All orders over $150 will be shipped with signature confirmation to ensure your merchandise arrives safely. For all other international orders using a forwarding service, all additional shipping will be your responsibility, which includes returns and service/repairs.
Returns and Cancellations
Free 30 day domestic returns (we'll provide you a return label, free of charge); return shipping for international customers is the buyer's responsibility. Items must be returned in the same condition as you received them. All tamper-evident seals must not be altered or removed. The item will be inspected upon arrival and fees may be deducted from the return if the unit was damaged. Scratches on new screens will result in a $50 fee, as they'll have to be replaced again. Due to how payment processors industry-wide are handling refunds, a 5% deduction from the entire order will be withheld to cover the expense of processing the payment. If the order includes 4" to 8" programming, the $80 fee will be withheld to cover the labor for that expense, as the programming files e-mailed are non-returnable.
For all international orders, including warranty claims, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return has been shipped, please provide proof of shipment and a valid tracking number. Upon receipt, we will issue a return shipping credit of up to $30 USD to help offset the cost. Any shipping expenses exceeding $30 USD remain the customer's responsibility. Please consider this when placing an international order.
