Brand new for 2026! We now have replacement USB hubs available that include both USB-C and USB-A ports, with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto wireless built in. No separate dongle or wireless adapter is needed, giving you a clean, factory-style installation. As an added bonus, the USB-C port supports PD fast charging. In our testing, it produced approximately 30W of charging power, around 3-4 times faster than a typical Ford USB hub.

Have a USB hub to trade in? We'll offer you a $40 credit/refund upon the return of your original Sync 3 USB hub; the hub returned must be in working order, must be from a 2017+ vehicle (or a hub that we supplied you from a previous order) and it must be in like new condition. If you want to save time and have us supply a return label, we'll refund you $30. Unfortunately we're not accepting credit for returned wireless adapters at this time.
⚠️ Sync software version 3.4 is required. Please make sure your infotainment system is running software version 3.4 before installing. Installing this hub in a vehicle with Sync 2 will not enable Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.

⚠️ Please allow additional processing time: Due to high demand, your order may take longer than usual to ship. We receive new shipments of these hubs weekly and will get your order on its way as quickly as possible. Due to this, the pre-order is currently up. The current estimated ship time is 2-3 weeks.
Shipping
Free domestic shipping. All items will be packaged properly to protect the contents inside. Shipping to Canada is available through USPS International and UPS; additional fees apply and duties are not included. Orders over $150 ship with signature confirmation.
Returns
Return shipping for domestic and international purchases is the buyer's responsibility. Free returns do not apply to this item. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. All tamper-evident seals must remain intact. Returned items will be inspected, and deductions may be taken if the unit is damaged. A 5% deduction from the order will be withheld to cover non-refundable payment processing expenses.
For international orders, including warranty claims, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. After shipping your return, provide proof of shipment and a valid tracking number. Upon receipt, we will issue a return-shipping credit of up to $30 USD. Any amount exceeding $30 USD remains the customer's responsibility.
