This complete conversion kit includes the hardware and programming support needed for a 2013–2014 F-150. The APIM arrives pre-programmed to your VIN, and we'll email the custom files for your ACM, FCIM and/or HVAC modules. FORScan is required to upload those files. Once everything is installed and the supplied files are loaded, the conversion is complete. Your order ships from Traverse City, Michigan.

Counterfeit and “parts built” Sync 3 APIM modules are increasingly common on marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon—and may also be sold by established-looking websites. These modules can closely resemble authentic Ford hardware, making them difficult to identify without knowing what to inspect.
Regardless of where you purchase your upgrade, verify that the seller provides authentic, properly tested Ford hardware. Choosing an unknown or misrepresented module can lead to reliability, compatibility, and future software update problems.

Standard processing time for this F-150 conversion kit is 5–8 business days. Certain configurations may take longer. Trucks requiring a bezel with three upper switch openings may be near the longer end of that estimate because replacement hardware may need to be sourced. We are also seeing longer processing times for vehicles requiring the non-heated-seat and CD-player combination. Contact us with your vehicle details for a more accurate estimate.
Purchasing expedited UPS shipping does not change your order's processing time.
Free 30-day domestic returns are available, and we'll provide a prepaid return label at no charge. Return shipping for international customers is the buyer's responsibility. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, and all tamper-evident seals must remain intact. Returned hardware will be inspected, and fees may be deducted if the unit is damaged. Scratches on new screens will result in a $50 fee. A 5% deduction from the entire order will be withheld to cover non-refundable payment-processing expenses. If the hardware is returned, an $80 fee will be withheld for the included programming because emailed files are non-returnable.
For international warranty claims, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. After shipment, provide proof of shipment and a valid tracking number. Upon receipt, we will issue a return-shipping credit of up to $30 USD; expenses above $30 remain the customer's responsibility.
