This is the service/deposit form for warranty replacements and service. Please only use this form if you're instructed to do so. If you're having any issues with your hardware please e-mail us.

| You will send us your original hardware first, in most cases we'll send you a free return label. Once we receive your original hardware we'll send you a replacement and will supply tracking information. We'll send you our address after the form has been filled out and we've verified everything on our end. | This is the most popular option since it's quicker and involves less work. We'll send you replacement hardware first along with a return label for the original. Once we receive the original back, we'll inspect the hardware for tampering or misuse and then issue the refund. |
If you opt for the express replacement, once you receive the hardware we'll give you 14 days to perform the swap and send us back your original hardware. If we don't see that the return tracking label has been used after 21 days we'll send you a reminder to send back the hardware and a 8% fee may be taken from your return. If the hardware hasn't been shipped after one month we'll assume that you wish to keep the hardware and the return shipping label will be voided. If something comes up, just please keep us in the loop! We are very flexible.
If you select the free standard swap method, after you submit the form you should receive a return label in most cases within 12-18 hours in a separate e-mail. If you select the express option your replacement (with a return label included, if applicable) should ship within 1-2 business days. If you purchase expedited shipping (UPS/Fedex) these fees are not refundable.
Courtesy Exchanges
Not happy with an aspect of your infotainment system? No worries! We can exchange items quickly for you. We do this on a case by case basis, typically people may want to return their anti-glare display for the standard glass or exchange the base Sync 3 8.0" display for a Sync 4 8.46" HD display. If applicable a deduction from the return will be withheld to cover the difference in price for the new hardware; or your original purchase will be partially refunded if we owe you money in return (if you're exchanging for something that's cheaper).
Protect your product further
Purchase an extended warranty to protect yourself from a possible further headache down the road. This warranty extends the original included warranty that comes with the hardware. For 2 additional years the warranty provides you with unlimited technical support and hardware replacement (if needed, must send in original hardware first or place a refundable deposit for us to send out new hardware first before the original is returned) in the event your original hardware has any electrical or mechanical issues. We pay for all shipping and will supply labels.

For the warranty to be valid all screen and/or APIM tampering evident seals must be intact and unaltered. Hardware will be inspected for accidental damage ('accidental damage' is damage that occurs as a result of a sudden, unexpected and unforeseen event that causes visible damage by yourself, guests or animals) before the warranty will be fulfilled. Warranty doesn't cover failures from maintenance related issues (which includes updating the firmware, software or altering the programming). Refunds will not be given for any incurred removal or installation charges if the hardware was taken to a professional.
