Return Policy
| Warranty | If your display screen and/or APIM fail within 1 year, starting on the date of purchase, we will replace it. For the warranty to be valid all screen and/or APIM tampering evident seals must be intact and unaltered. Hardware will be inspected for accidental damage ('accidental damage' is damage that occurs as a result of a sudden, unexpected and unforeseen event that causes visible damage by yourself, guests or animals) before the warranty will be fulfilled |
| Returns | Free 30 day domestic returns (we'll provide you a return label - free of charge). Items must be returned in the same condition as you received it. All tamper evident seals must not altered or removed. Item will be inspected upon arrival and fees may be taken from the return if the unit was damaged. Scratches on new screens will result in a $50 fee as they'll have to be replaced again. Due to how payment processors industry wide are handling refunds a 3% deduction from the entire order will be withheld to cover the expense of processing the payment. If the order includes 4" to 8" programming, the $80 fee will be withheld to cover the labor for that expense as the programming files e-mailed are non-returnable. For all international orders, including warranty claims, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return has been shipped, please provide proof of shipment and a valid tracking number. Upon receipt, we will issue a return shipping credit of up to $30 USD to help offset the cost. Any shipping expenses exceeding $30 USD remain the customerâs responsibility. Please consider this when placing an international order. |
